The book goes into Egypt, both the pre-pyramid time and the later time involving the construction of the pyramids. The title of this book is a little bit misleading. The facts are actually concise true stories about different periods in Egyptian history, with different sentences numbered as facts. Definitely a YA book, which I didn't know when I got it. Includes good facts (some repetition of facts gets annoying) in short paragraphs. Kind of a "dry" read, more for skimming and picking up the tidbits that are personally interesting.......more
